Please note that all products undergo a production process, which contributes to the handling time.

Shipping Method
We mainly use Australia Post, New Zealand Post and Canada Post to ship your orders. All orders are processed at our facility before being transferred to the respective shipping provider for final delivery.

Undeliverable Packages:
If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to reship the package.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us, and we will assist in tracking and resolving the issue.

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at support@nouvar.com with your order number and photos of both the packaging and the damaged item(s). Our team will review the issue and offer an appropriate solution.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@nouvar.com. Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it following our Refund Policy.Customer Service
